About Lux Telecom

Lux Telecom is a wholesale voice carrier. We supply phone numbers, inbound and outbound voice, and SIP trunking to service providers, contact centres, software vendors and resellers.

What we do

We hold numbering ranges across our coverage footprint and sell individual numbers with automated provisioning. A number bought through the marketplace is allocated, routed to your SIP endpoint and billable within minutes, without a sales call or a provisioning ticket.

How we are different

  • Automated provisioning. Numbers activate on order confirmation, not on a technician's queue.
  • Verified counterparties. Everyone who trades on the platform is identity-checked first. See our verification policy.
  • Transparent rating. Per-destination rates, billing increments and any minimum charge are shown before you buy, not discovered on an invoice.
  • Written dispute process. Interconnect and billing disputes follow a published procedure rather than being settled ad hoc.

Who we sell to

We sell to businesses only. We do not provide retail consumer telephone service, and we do not sell to individuals acting outside a trade or profession.
